Message from Catherine Hill on the passing of Bob 'Bukit' Hill

Catherine and Bukit
REMEMBRANCE | 2022-06-02

Posted on behalf of Catherine Hill on the passing of her husband Bob 'Bukit' Hill, National Vice - President of the RNZ RSA.

Catherine and family wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the love, sympathy and support during our recent bereavement.

The flowers, cards, letters, visits and many acts of kindness we have received have greatly touched and comforted us all.

Special thanks to the RNZRSA National Office, also for those that served with Bukit over the many years in Borneo, Malaya and Vietnam and then later in life through the RSA movement for all the support you have given us.

Also special thanks to Dr Catherine Barrow and her team at Wellington Blood and Cancer for all the support given to Bob and myself - it is truly appreciated.

As a family we are comforted in the knowledge that Bob touched the lives of so many people.

For Bob - his final battle is over and he gave it a good fight.
