Our Structure
The Royal New Zealand Returned and Services’ Association (RNZRSA) is a federated organisation, made up of independent local Associations that are united under a national framework. Each Association serves its own community while contributing to the collective mission of supporting veterans and their whānau across Aotearoa New Zealand.
At the national level, the National Office provides operational support, coordination and implements the strategic direction of the organisation.
Governance sits with the RNZRSA's Board, which sets policy and ensures the long-term sustainability and integrity of the organisation. Complementing this, the Presidents’ Forum brings together elected leaders from across the country to share perspectives, provide grassroots insight, and help shape national priorities. Together, these parts work in partnership to balance local autonomy with national consistency, ensuring the RNZRSA remains responsive, representative and effective.
