109th National Council
The 109th National Council will be held over two days, 4 and 5 November 2025 at Sky Stadium in Wellington.

Important - Please read!
Voting for the National Vice President election is now underway
Under the provisions of the RNZRSA Constitution, voting must be conducted in accordance with the remote voting process set out in clauses 18.40 to 18.54.
This means all votes must be submitted by post, or by hand, to the Chief Executive prior to National Council to be counted.
All postal votes must be sent to National Office no later than Wednesday 25 October 2025.
Votes submitted by hand must be received by National Office no later than Monday 3 November 2025.

Elections
Nominations for the National President and one (1) National Vice President position closed on 16 September.
The Forum Eligibility Committee have reviewed and confirmed all nominations meet the eligibility criteria.

Registration
Registrations are now open for in-person and online attendees.
Please register your attendance by completing the online form found here
Delegates
In accordance with RNZRSA Constitution para 18.30, each Association and Affiliate member may register one delegate and up to two observers to attend National Council.
Notices of Motion
Notices of Motion have been reviewed by both the Presidents' Forum and the Board.
Notices of Motion accepted for consideration at National Council will be available in the Notice of National Council released on 14 October 2025.
Voting
Voting rights at National Council are set out in para 18.37 of the RNZRSA Constitution.
Each Association shall have two votes, to be cast by their Delegate during the AGM.
No proxies are permitted.
Accommodation and Transport
Associations and Affiliate members are responsible for organising transport to and around Wellington, and accommodation for their delegate and observers.
Parking
A limited amount of parking is available at Sky Stadium during the working hours of National Council. If you require parking at the stadium, please complete the registration form found here.
Overnight parking is not available at Sky Stadium. Associations are responsible for organising overnight parking for attendees.
Meals
Lunch and refreshments will be provided at the venue on both days of National Council. Associations are responsible for providing all other meals for their delegates.
