The RNZRSA's 106th National Council will be held 18 - 19 October 2022 at the Swanson RSA in Auckland.

Online attendance available

In acknowledgement of the feelings of caution delegates may have about travelling during the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, the RNZRSA has now confirmed it will offer an online option for attendance at the 2022 National Council. 

Delegates can select in-person or online attendance during the registration process.

National Office will provide RSA with the ability to connect digitally to the conference and participate.

With the recent addition of an online option for attendance, the registration period has been extended and will now close on 26 September 2022.

Elections for National President and the National Vice Presidents

Elections will be held at National Council for the positions of National President and two National Vice Presidents.

Details of each candidate are included below to support the elections.

Proxy Voting

The ability to assign a Proxy for voting at the 2022 National Council has now ended.

In accordance with the RNZRSA bylaws any Full, Affiliate or Life Member wishing to assign a proxy was required to notify the RNZRSA Chief Executive of the identity of their proxy carrier(s) no later than four weeks before the Council meeting (being 20 September 2022). This date has now passed and any vote made by an unregistered Proxy will be considered void.

Full, Affiliate or Life Members who cannot attend National Council in person but failed to register a Proxy to vote on their behalf, still have the opportunity to attend the National Council online. Registrations are open until 26 September.
