  At the RNZRSA National Executive Committee meeting held at Welling- ton on 19th July 2004, the recently appointed National President of the RNZRSA - John Campbell presented retiring Vice President Colin Topp with a Certificate of Appreciation. Seen above (L R) are: Phyl Topp, John Campbell, Colin Topp and Beth Campbell.

 

 
On 20 June 2004 at the Onehunga and District RSA, two members were recognised for their long service support to the Club. Seen above is Sharon Mathie, an Associate member who was awarded an Honorary Life Membership. and on right: Tom Kerr who was presented with Life Membership of the Onehunga and District RSA.   In the Queen's Birthday Honours for 2004, Her Majesty appointed Te Atatu Memorial RSA President Ian Gibson a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit. Ian received this award in recognition of his services to the New Zealand Returned Services Association.
 
Under Ian's stewardship, the Te Atatu RSA has expanded and now provides recognised support to the local community; including scholarships, food bank donations, annual grants to the local Fire Service. The RSA is also a strong support of the local Cadet Force units.
