Hospitality RSA 2010

The RSA's inaugural hospitality conference “Raising the Flag”, Hospitality RSA 2010 is about identifying what we need to do as hospitality venues to be able to raise our flag in the marketplace. It’s about discussing what it is we need to do and how we go about developing our food offerings, our bar offerings and our venue presentation so that we are able to achieve growth in our membership and as a consequence, growth in our revenues.

The conference will be held over July 13-15 in Wellington.

Keynote speakers at the conference include:

• Lionel Whitehead
  Lionel is one of McDonald’s pioneers in New Zealand. He is Chairman of Ronald McDonald House Charities and is the franchisee for two of McDonalds’ downtown Wellington restaurants.

• Luke Dallow
  Luke has a string of award winning bars and restaurants to his name including the 1000sqm Sale St. in Auckland. Winner of three Hospitality Association NZ Awards for Excellence, including Overall Winner.

• Dean Dalton
  Dean has specialised in business planning for the hospitality industry since 1990 and is the preferred business planner for Lion Nathan nationwide. The DaltonPlan® is recognised by major trading banks and industry associations.

• Mike Corry
  Mike is the Regional Business Development Manager for Lion Nathan.
