War Pensions Act 1954 – Review Of
The Law Commission will be holding Seminars to discuss and hear submissions
on the Discussion Paper on the Review of the War Pensions Act 1954. The
dates and venues are provided below.
All ex-Service Personnel, or their widows/widowers, who are able to are
urged to attend.
It is more than 50 years since the current Act was reviewed, so your
input and participation in these discussions is extremely important.
